- If you cancel 7 days before your appointment: 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel 5 days before your appointment: 90% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel 3 days before your appointment: 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel 2 days before your appointment: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel 1 day before your appointment or do not show up: The deposit will not be refunded.
