Facebook Account Deletion.
  If you wish to delete your account on CrewMedi
  that is linked with Facebook, please follow the
  instructions below.

  Steps to Delete Your Account
  1. Log in to your CrewMedi account.
  2. Go to Account Settings > Delete Account.
  3. Follow the prompts to confirm account deletion.
  4. Your Facebook-linked data will be removed from   CrewMedi within 30 days.
